The wine is made from Kangun grape variety grown in Armavir region and fermented in amphora which gives the wine its delicate colour and ligh savoury aromas. On the palate it is fresh, deep with marked tannins and a long finish. The wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined and with minimal added sulfites at bottling in order to keep its purest expression.
