Albert Bichot's Chablis is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on 40 hectares of Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, which add complexity and structure. After fermentation in stainless steel vats, it is aged for 10 months on fine lees. The wine is pale yellow with greenish reflections, offering citrus and white flower aromas with mineral notes. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and lean, with almond and mineral flavors leading to a long, persistent finish.
