Ca'De Brittj Ribolla Gialla, Friuli DOC — a fresh, dry white wine made from Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in the vineyards of Friuli. The ripe grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is bottled young to preserve its vibrant character and is aged briefly in the winery's cellars before release.
