Casale Del Giglio Sauvignon IGT White Dry

At tasting, the white wine Sauvignon of Casale DeL Giglio shows a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. Quite consistent. Intense and quite complex on the nose. Notes of tomato leaf, pepper and freshly cut grass. Fairly fine. In the mouth dry, quite warm, quite soft, fresh and savory, with hints of sage and nettle.
