Château Cantin Saint-Emilion Grand Cru has a wonderfully dense, crimson color. To the nose it reveals all manner of dried plums, dried fruit, violets, roses and fruit breads. As if that were not already impressive Mediterranean herbs, juniper and lovage join the mix due to the aging in small wooden barrels.
