 Il Lumera Donnafugata is a Sicilia DOC Rosato crafted in the Contessa Entellina estate in southwestern Sicily. Its name comes from a Sicilian poem celebrating courtly love in the Dolce Stil Novo tradition. Made from Nero d'Avola, Syrah, and Pinot Nero, it gains character from the region’s dry climate and significant temperature variations. Harvested in mid-August, the wine undergoes cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel, and aging in tanks and bottles. Fresh yet well-structured, Lumera is perfect for moments of relaxation.
