This excellent Chablis comes from 10–30-year-old vines grown on Kimmeridgian marl, a soil rich in fossilized oyster shells (Exogyra Virgula), which gives the wine its distinctive terroir-driven character. Alongside its signature oyster-shell aromas, it offers ripe notes with hints of mushroom, leaf, and honey. Bright acidity brings everything into balance, enhancing both the wine’s richness and its long, lingering finish.
