Joseph Drouhin Volnay Red Dry

This wine underwent a three-week fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by 14–18 months of aging in barrels, 20% of which were new. It displayed a vibrant red color and an inviting aroma of violets, blackcurrants, ripe fruit, and spices. On the palate, it was smooth and well-rounded, with fine tannins and a hint of vanilla on the finish.
