Maculan Cornorotto Marzemino Red Dry

This traditional wine by Maculan is produced with 100% Marzemino grapes, cultivated in the area of Cornorotto, in the district of Fara Vicentino. In this area the volcanic hills are characterized by soils full of tuff. The grapes are left in the vineyard one week more, in order to reach the right level of over-maturation and to increase the sugar content of the grapes. The fermentation in steel is followed by the aging, managed in steel to, for six months, to preserve perfumes and freshness.
