Planeta Frappato Vittoria DOC

This exclusive variety is cultivated only in a few hectares in the area of the red sands of Vittoria, where it can express its best. Aromatic and pleasant, it is the result of the union between tradition and innovation. This red wine is composed of 100% Frappato grapes. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and the stalks are eliminated. 7 days maceration followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in inox.
