Terebinto is a typical small bush diffused in Sicily and in the Mediterranean landscape. This aromatic and intense wine is produced with 100% Grillo grapes and recalls pink grapefruit. The fermentation at 15°C starts after the soft pressing and the static decanting of the juice. The aging on lees in inox tanks lasts for 6 months.
