Restivo Etna Rosato Sicilia DOC Rose Dry

Restivo Etna Rosato Sicilia DOC is crafted from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown in Contrada Arcurìa, Castiglione di Sicilia. The grapes are vinified as white wine with quick separation of the must from the skins, followed by aging in stainless steel and bottle.

 Pale pink in color, it offers aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, grapefruit, lilac, and geranium. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with a slightly saline finish and lingering fruity notes.
