Grattamacco's Bolgheri Vermentino DOC is a vibrant Tuscan white wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes grown in a 1.5-hectare vineyard at 100 meters above sea level. Aged partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques for 8 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle, it boasts a straw-yellow hue and aromas of yellow peach and chamomile. The palate is fresh and savory, with notes of mint, sage, and almond, enhanced by a creamy texture and a lingering finish.
