Kellerei Cantina Terlan Sauvignon Quarz White Dry

Terlano Quarz Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a barrel-fermented white wine from the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. Cantina Terlano is a quality-led co-operative that produces some of Italy’s finest and longest-lived white wines. Matured on the lees for nine months partly in large wooden barrels (50%) and partly in stainless steel tanks (50%), the Quartz cuvée is one of Italy's top Sauvignon Blancs. This ageworthy, mineral-led wine displays multi layered fruit - mango, papaya, lime and red grapefruit - with herbal aromas reminiscent of lemon grass, lemon balm, mint and green tea. It also reveals mineral notes of flint combined with a hint of gooseberry.
