Likuria Sauvignon Blanc-Mtsvane is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Mtsvane grapes grown in Krasnodar Krai. The grapes are cooled to 4-8°C before sorting and gently pressed to preserve their fruity character. The wine is gravity-fed through the vinification process, with the Sauvignon Blanc aged for six months in concrete eggs and the Mtsvane in steel tanks. This careful process ensures the wine's clean, pure flavors.
