Սիմոնյան ընտանիքը Սենտիմենտալ գինիների արտադրությունը սկսել է 2020 թվականին՝ Արագածոտնի մարզի Աղձք գյուղում։ Սկսելով որպես փոքրածավալ բնական գինու նախագիծ՝ Սենտիմենտալն այսօր հայտնի է իր արտահայտիչ և ոչ ավանդական գինիներով, որոնք արտացոլում են թե՛ խաղողի այգիների առանձնահատկությունները, թե՛ գինեգործության նվազագույն միջամտությամբ մոտեցումը։
Երեկոյի ընթացքում կհամտեսենք նոր վինտաժները, կլսենք դրանց ստեղծման պատմությունները և կխոսենք այն մասին, թե ինչ է փոխվել մեկ բերքահավաքից մյուսը։

Founded by the Simonyan family in 2020 in Aghdzk, Aragatsotn, Sentimental began as a small-production natural wine project and has since become known for expressive, unconventional wines that reflect both their vineyards and their approach to minimal-intervention winemaking.
During the evening, we’ll taste the new vintages, hear the stories behind them, and talk about what has changed from one harvest to the next.
