Blason d'Aussières fully embodies the wild and unspoiled nature of the Corbières. Deep, smooth and rounded, this is the second wine of the estate combining Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and old vine Carignan grapes with 12 months of oak ageing. Blason d'Aussières is silky and elegant with aromas of black fruit, a hint of spice and vanilla.
