Champagne Riviera from Maison Piper-Heidsieck : a different tasting experience, with this highly dosed champagne (35gr/l), designed to be enjoyed with ice cubes.

The nose unveils pear and yellow peach aromas, followed by floral and then fudge notes. On the palate, the fruity texture is noticeable, and marshmallow notes lead to a fresh final, with a hint of vanilla. The ice-crystallized bubble brings a spicy touch.
