Likuria Sauvignon Blanc-Mtsvane is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Mtsvane grapes grown in Krasnodar Krai. The grapes are cooled to 4-8°C before sorting and gently pressed to preserve their fruity character. The wine is gravity-fed through the vinification process, with the Sauvignon Blanc aged for six months in concrete eggs and the Mtsvane in steel tanks.
