Crow's Rock Shivini is a barrel-aged, unfined, and unfiltered blend of carefully selected Haghtanak grapes from the Ararat Valley and Areni Noir from the Vayots Dzor region. It undergoes conventional fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, with 75% of the wine aged for 7 months in new 400-liter Caucasian oak barrels. After final blending, the wine is aged for an additional 2 months in the same barrels.
