Crow's Rock 2022 Shivini Red Dry Blend Wine underwent wild fermentation in open-top barrels, with 60% of the grapes fermented as whole clusters. It was aged for seven months in used Caucasian oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. This was a limited production, with only 600 bottles produced.
