The wine is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, which are handpicked and left to dry for 120 days before fermentation. This extended process results in a full-bodied, richly flavored wine with an exceptional balance of acidity and tannins. The wine boasts a deep, garnet color and aromas of cherry, plum, and oak, which are complemented by flavors of dark fruit and spice.
