Made from Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc, it originates in the San Marzano hamlet of Salento, Puglia, with vineyards planted at a density of 4000 vines per hectare. It boasts a straw yellow hue with green reflections, a floral bouquet of broom, and aromas of citron and exotic fruits. The palate is fresh, acidic, and mineral-driven.
