A blend of South Tyrolean Merlot and Cabernet that complement each other perfectly. The grapes are picked exclusively by hand. The two varieties are vinified separately and blended after a year of aging in oak barrels, and then aged for another 6 months in large oak barrels. The dense and complex wine has soft tannins from Cabernet Sauvignon and richness, strength and fruitiness from Merlot. The age of the vines is from 8 to 15 years. The color is dark red. The aroma has tones of blackcurrant, mint, licorice and coffee. The taste is soft, spicy, and expressive.
