Dense midnight black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Wafting from the glass are heady black raspberry, liquorice and black cherry scents which are married to some scorched earth, subtle dried herb and peppered meat notes. Decadently rich and plush in texture the palate is saturated with lavish black raspberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins with some blueberry, scorched earth and peppered meat characters lingering on the back half. Terrific concentration and power with a long opulent conclusion.
