The wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. The wine was on the lees for 6 months. After 8 months it was filtered and bottled. The wine is fresh, elegant, and rich with minerality. The aromas are filled with lots of yellow fruits and vanilla. It has rich flavors of ripe apricot, mango, and pineapple, with hints of cream and coffee as well. Wild apricot is present in its long aftertaste.
