This Valencian cava is made from the Garnacha variety and from vineyards certified in Organic Agriculture
It has been more than 10 months at 15ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.
Notes of strawberry , white pepper and rosemary. Fruity entrance with a firm seam of acidity giving a fresh lingering finish.
