“Yerevak” is a natural orange wine made from grape varieties Rkatsiteli and Mskhal growing in the Ararat Valley, without any additives and preservatives. The fermentation process was carried out spontaneously by natural wild yeasts. The wine has not been treated and stabilized, so natural sedimentation may occur over time.
